RK&K has been providing professional engineering and construction support services on assignments to be procured and administered in accordance with alternative delivery methods such Design-Build or P3 for 20 years. These services include but are not limited to: providing complete location survey, supplemental survey, updating existing plans, developing right-of-way and construction plans, design and
contract documents (roadway, H&H, drainage, SWM, traffic, utilities, structure/bridge, geotechnical/geophysical), environmental documents (NEPA), permit drawings, public involvement, constructability reviews, cost estimating, schedules, special provisions, project audits, claims support services, development/preparation of RFQs and RFPs, staff augmentation and engineering support in the evaluation of SOQs and EOIs.

RK&K provides our client/contractor with full-service design-build project involvement. From the initial Request for Qualifications (RFQ), through the entire proposal process, selection, design and construction, our management and multidiscipline staff work seamlessly with our partner contractors to obtain the benefits of a mutually rewarding project outcome.
